Curry Dill Hummus
1-2 cups of cooked (canned is fine) chickpeas
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup of freshly squeeze lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini sauce
1 tbsp fresh dill, roughly chopped
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp sea salt
Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients together in a food processor, mix together until well blended. Add more or less water to the hummus depending on your consistency preference. Serve immediately or chilled.
